He holds an MBBS from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC), Belagavi (KLE University), an MS in Orthopaedics from D.Y. Patil Education Society, Kolhapur, a Fellowship in Sports Medicine from HOSMAT Hospital, Bengaluru, an International Fellowship in Shoulder Surgery at Cervesi Hospital, Cattolica, Italy, and a Diploma in FIFA Football Medicine.

His 14-month arthroscopy fellowship focused on sports medicine and arthroscopic procedures. In Italy, he gained advanced exposure to shoulder & elbow surgery under Professor Paolo Paladini.
